Oyo Rooms — Regarding oyo rooms and their unprofessional behaviour | |||||
Dear Consumer Forum, I am extremely unhappy with unprofessional behaviour from "OYO rooms" and their customer care team, I have recently booked OYO rooms and faced lot of challenges, I have booked a room in Pune, the location map and the address provided were incorrect, I spent 2-3 Hrs. for finding the location which I couldn't find it, I have called OYO customer care/hotel reception number etc, tried everything to find out, but I couldn't find it, since I wasn't able to find the location, I cancelled the booking and then realised there won't be any refund of the money, everything went to cancellation charges, then I called customer care several times and tried to explain the situation, but it didn't help, finally they sent a message saying that the room is booked and available, now with support from the know local guy we managed to find the room which is really in remote location no where matching with details provided during booking, but for our surprise they changed the stay quoting that it is a new booking, they didn't even give any clue that it is new booking, this was not fair from OYO rooms and total unprofessional to do so.
