[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — regarding prepaid discount

I have booked a room through oyo with booking id clat4079. It showed me the total bill of inr3783 and if paid early through online, there is a discount of inr500 and total bill is only inr3283. So i have paid inr3283 by debit card. At the time of check in, the management told me that there is a balance amount of inr500 to be paid. I opened the oyo app and found that they add inr500 to the original bill inr3783, after i paid the bill of 3283, after a discount of inr500 it shows that 500 is the balance amount. Then why you are asking us to pay early in online, if it is the same amount before and after.
