I have made a booking through oyo app at oyo 33475 Hotel Orient View(date of stay:19 dec -20 dec 2020). During check in i was denied permission as i have made booking online, i have raised the concern on oyo app and the customer care executive asked me to pay the money to hotel owner in cash and send slip to
[protected]@oyorooms.com, even after sending the hotel receipt the oyo rooms didnt refunded my money, My Phone number is [protected] and my Booking ID:PPSU5879.
