Dear Team, I have booked a hotel to check inn at Capital O tekarees Inn, at the time of check inn the hotel denied my reservation, and my booking have been done through an online web site in the name of agoda.com, my payment have been made online well in advance and there is no refund probided from Oyo Rooms, neither they are willing to provide me alternative property options, Request you take this matter Seriously with Oyo Rooms.
