[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — regarding return of payment | |
I had booked a hotel august lake resort pokhra for two days 21 and 22 may 2018. On evening when i reached the hotel the room was full with insects, t. V. Was not working, wifi connection is very poor, no electricity backup, only one bulb is working with inverter without fan. The intercom fascilties was dead. On ordering for dinner we got worst quality of food.in such horrible condition i decided to cancel the booking of 2nd day booked another oyo hotel hotel admire on same place. We were from india and i was in pokhara as a tourist without my mobile network. And due to this reason when i reached my country i talked with your customer care representative in many times to return my one day payment of 22nd may because a person should not be charged two times in same town for same day under same organization oyo. But the result is zero. Many times your representative take me on hold for more than 30 minutes and disconnected. I hope you can understand my problem as a customer and help me.
