Hello,
I have booked Oyo hotel (SilverKey Executive Stays 37681 Vishrantwadi) in Pune from 16 Sep to 28 Sep, 2019. The booking id for the same is XMDF8134 .
For this booking Complimentary breakfast option was included.
On 13 Sep 2019, I received a call from Oyo Customer care OYO informing me that they are providing an additional discount and the booking has been updated (booking Id is QILJ5917 ). During this process of providing addition discount, the complimentary breakfast option has been removed with out informing me.
I realized this when i went to have breakfast today ( 17 Sep 2019) by the hotel representative. I called the Customer Care for adding complimentary breakfast and after having a lot chat Customer care up[dates me saying that they will not be able able to do anything and provides a ridiculous solution of shelling out extra money and have breakfast during the stay.
Request you to take a look and provide a solution for the issue created OYO with stating the facts and updating the booking.
