Oyo Rooms — Regarding the services provided and misguiding they do | |||||
Hi, My name is bharat and i have booked a room in mumbai from 12th to 15th june and on 15th june, i had a train to catch at 16:30, so i thought of checking out at 2:o clock to the station. I got a call from the reception at 12 o clock that my check out time is over and i had to leave, i told them that i need some time to pack and freshup to checkout and they said to make it asap. As i had a kid and it took some time we packed everything and came to the reception as 13:10 and now at the recption then say me that i have to pay 1000rs extra. I asked them why, they dint even inform me over the call nor the oyo people called me that i would be charged extra. Receptionist wanted to call me oyo by the time i spoke to oyo rooms and their sick customer care who dont know anything it was 2 o clock and now the receptionist wanted me to pay 1250rs as it was showing in the app that is what they say. This is how stupid it is, now coming to the options which they showed at the time of booking. There was no wifi, no hot water, no drinking water. If we are going to ask water they are going to charge 50 rs per 1 litre bottle. They dint allow me to chekout with out paying that extra amount. Now they told me they will refund and raised a complaint and the caseid is 355635 and i dont have any update on that from the past 7 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
