I have booked hotel in ahmedabad for 4 the oct & 5 th oct name shreenath palace. I didint received any message of confirmation also not received hotel address, though i have went to hotel and i came to know that there is no booking. When i re-call to your customer number they have told me that my booking is done in other shree nath palace as there is 2 oyo hotel with same name. I have to pay 200 rs. For auto and my 2 hours have gone waste.
I want reimbursement of the time & my amount which i have spend on your serivce.
Second thing when i have went to another shree nath palace the hotel is unclean to exhaust no hot water and bedsheets was dirty. & though i had to stay there as i have already lost my all money. Was this information helpful? |
