I booked oyo rooms in banglore city near satelite, hotel name oyo 23115 (Hotel saravana) on sep 14 th 2019. After geting a confirmation message they send one more message regards due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change* your booking mzrh6251 from oyo 16107 rigel residency to another hotel. Click on link https://www.oyorooms.com, and after 3 hrs they send message We are unable to reach your phone. Your oyo has been shifted to a nearby property, oyo 10534 hotel kanishka. Now i paid additional 1400/- rupees to this room. This is cheating. I paid an amount of 728/- for first room.. How could you change my room without a valid reason. Now i couldnt cancel my booking.
