[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — rejected room by in our age limit

Oyo 37481 sumangali residency in trichy. I was booked the residency in friday (19.7.2019).1 room 2 adult. We are went to the residency. And i asked the manager to give my room. And he is said "your age not applicable to stay in here hotel.in this hotel age limit is 21. So i dont gave room. So you will get out my residency". But in your oyo app age limit is 18. Our age is 19 and 18. This is your mistake. So i want my money please sir. I am waiting for your reply.

Im ragul.i was booked a sumangali residency in trichy at 19.7.2019.1 room 2 adult.we were went to the hotel.but we rejected by age limit by hotel manager.so we are not stayinat there.its your mistake.so i want my money sir please,
