Hi Team,
On my previous booking made in September, Dual payment was made.
Payment was made through card as well as OYO app as the hotel mentioned to us that the system was reflecting the same.
I had raised the same concern to the customer executive immediately and was promised that they will initiate and process the refund, but till date i didn't hear back from anyone either through message, mail or call also there was no amount credited to my account.
