This is Shiv Mishra, I am your regular old customer rarely I get an stay issue with oyo rooms..this time you guys pathetic service while booking & payment. On Date[protected], Oyo Flagship 9419 Manu Residency first successful Transaction 776Rs & she has booked a room for me, due I had high cold & fever I already said need early check around 9:30 for sleep & rest. After a few minutes later there is no booking showing to my app i was surprised then I called again Another telecaller connected to me he said sorry aapki booking cancel ho gai without reason...I already told I had fever & Cold situation oyo team was playing with me...Now he said i need rebooked again then same hotel same room they charging me 814 Rs i said done I paid maine kaha chod muze room ki baho urgent zarurat hai for rest...
hurdle kiya thik hai, health acchi nahi kai bar bataya samaza nahi thik hai
where is my 776 Rs refund jo without reason Oyo company ne cancel kiya & not refunded... this very very cheap & ridiculous service
i just need my 776Rs back nothing else
