[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room booked and denied at the time of check in | |
I have booked a room on 11th august2019 for 2days for the clock tower hotel, pondy. I made full payment online. At the time of check in, reception person said, there is no water and power, so asked me to go to some other room. I spoke to oyo customer care from there, and even i gave the phone to the reception. Finally with out any option, i asked oyo person to cancel, and been cancelled. After that i spoke to oyo customer care several times. Since the response is poor, with proper intimation, i have recorded all these conversations. Even now nothing happened positively. I want solution for this.. If not, i will be forced to take legal action against oyo. If required, give an official mail id.. I will transfer all recordings. T. Sundat [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
