Oyo Rooms — Room booked but check-in was denied. Refund is not issued

I booked room in this hotel through Oyo for 27th March 2022 Night stay and they denied check-in. Oyo people have played a game to receive my money. Hotel people said OYO was not tied up.
I called customer care Oyo on the same day on 27th March 2022 to cancel and initiate the refund. Oyo said they'll refund money but when I spoke with chat team they're denying refund.

I paid twice in this hotel for 1 night stay.

I don't whether Oyo is playing a game here or Hotel people are playing a game. I paid Oyo online Rs.1, 311 and also paid Tourist Palace in cash Rs.1, 800.

It's all fraud games playing with Srinagar tourists.
