[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Room Booking Issue | |||||
I booked a room almost a month in advance and just a day before my travel oyo room rep called me confirming that the room was upgraded to another hotel. I was informed that the room will be within the vicinity of the area i had booked the earlier room. However, this was not the case and i was being booked in a hotel which was almost 8 - 10 kms away. OYO Rooms claimed that they are unable to help and i didnt have an choice and still had to put up with the new booking. Was this information helpful? | |||||
