[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room condition was pathetic | |
Oyo 1689 Booking made by no:[protected] Booking i'd: htclsg8yu When my parents reached at this property the room was dirty, lift condition was very bad. And the size of the room shown in pictures and room actually doesn't match at all. After complaining the hotel staff cleaned the room and it took 1 hour. For this my elderly parents were waiting. The oyo room kit provided was just having soap and a very small geyser in bathroom. This situation was not at all accepted from oyo. Now parents went in after a long travel and cleaning process. I want the resolution for the same. Not even customer support is doing anything even after calling multiple times. I am going to raise this issue on social media Was this information helpful? | |
