I have booked a room at hotel hotel blue mount (I'd vjno6058) in varanasi when i reached there to check in, i was denied check in citing issues of hotel with oyo. Same problems in aallahbad hotel (R inn i'd mlju8036)
Hotel receptionist said we are not following the amounts which mentioned in oyo site we charge higher amount if you want check in out you can talk to oyo customer care i talk to customers help desk but unfortunately not get proper resolution and i have to check in hotel given price not the amt mentioned by oyo no point to use oyo. I m frequently with oyo customer but now i have to think now before using oyo website..
Oyo management needed more focus now check with all hotels make strong agreement so that this people cannot refused from oyo side. Was this information helpful? |
