[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — room not provided by the hotel instead of booking

I have booked a room in oyo on 8th july 2019. But when i reached at hotel he refused to give the room & told the room will be available if i will pay the double amount n he suggested me to complain where ever u want. Is this the level of service oyo is providing or being a service oriented company it is the service what we are talking about.
Worst management n worst company. The customer care has given me a mail of sorry is this the way of treating to the customer
