[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Rooms not allotted despite having confirmed booking | |||||
I had a confirmed booking Booking from M/s OYO Rooms - LXTE3628 in Hotel Remee Resorts, Hosur from 27th night to 28th morning Jan'17. When I reached at reception at 2200 hrs of 27th Jan'17, they blatantly told that there is no rooms available and they have informed OYO about this already before. You can imagine the plight of a 50 year old man with his wide along with his 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son, in the streets at midnight !!! I had to spend about 2 hours to search fora hotel and spend Rs.8000/- to get a room at midnight .. Too bad... I need compensation of Rs.1 lakh for the mental struggle I had to undergo on 27th Jan'17 night ... Regards, Vinod Kumar A[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
