[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Rooms not available after booking

I have booked hotels for two through Oyo but the two times when I reached the location they didn't provide me rooms. And I didn't get my refund as well. I am having trust issues with Oyo now. I will never try to book in Oyo. And if there is a problem they should respond immediately. But they are not responding properly and making us travelers suffer. I suggest you one thing to you- You Oyo people once please confirm with hotel that are there rooms available at the time and then you confirm it to the customers. Don't struggle us like this. We might have been faced several problems in mean time.
