[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Rooms not premium quality

Anil mehta got booked oyo premium room on 9 jan 2016 at aman palace rajori garden, delhi got confirmation for room at plot no. 30/31 vishal enclave. On reaching i was told that the hotel is full, and they asked me to shift to a near by plot (which was about 8buildings ahead)we had to walk all the way did not look nice as a premium costomer, we got room no. 203 aman palace which was very substandard not premium old geaser was not working on the whole i can not give more than 1 star, kindly get the room inspected and if possible refund the extra money charged
