I raised this issue 5 days back and more than 72 hrs+ have passed already from last interaction, but still there is no update from oyo teams. I want to know the status of my ticket, Oyo rooms customer care is not picking up my number as well, I haven't got any call or response from oyo teams regarding my issue. Someone posed as oyo and scammed me for Rs 26000. It is the responsibility of OYO to maintain the integrity of customers.
It is Oyo's mistake. This is a security lapse from oyo side, they have leaked my details to frauds and let them scam me. How can my booking id, hotel details, customer details, phone numbers, and amount pending leaked to frauds and scammers?
I have shared the screenshot of the fraud as proof in previous mail. Kindly accept the responsibility and refund.me my amount.
