Booked room in another city. Called manager 1 day before arrival to make sure room is reserved as I was reaching early morning 3 AM.
Manager assured that the room is confirmed.
Reached hotel at 3 AM to be told that no room is available. Upon calling OYO customer service was told that they have shifted me to nearby OYO. Took airport cab and reached alternate location to be told that there is no booking and I can do new booking.
Called customer service again to be told that they cant do anything and will initiate cancellation if I agree.
Its 1 month I am waiting for refund and no one in customer service is entertaining. Was this information helpful? |
