Oyo Rooms — security deposit not received as told oyo life

My oyo life booking id is 88914.
I have moved out of my oyo life on 1st feb, 2020.
After that 15 business days are over and i haven't received my total expected security deposit return.

It was told during move out that rs.999 will be deducted from security deposit dor not staying for minimum of 4months in oyo life though they advertisement says that there are no lock in period in oyo life.
Then also much more than the expected amount is deducted from my account.
I want the oyo life to return my security deposit. (Which i payed before moving in).
I have the bill for the security deposit.
