I booked a Oyo room on Feb '22 and stayed for 3 months as I read the rules of 3 month stay for total security deposit refund. I checked out on May '22. As per policy the refund was suppose to be initiated after 15 days of checkout, It's been 2 months, I haven't received any amount or any kind of delay on payment notice. Even when tried to call customer service they keep hoping call from one person to another and in the end just cut the call and sometimes don't even pick the call.
I am very frusted with their service.
Just give a proper date and real reason on delay of refund.
