[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — security deposit not refunded | |
I had booked a property from OYO Living a part of Oyo rooms for a period of two months, the property was vacated on 31st May 2019 with proper notice and everything. As per the terms of the agreement and the policy the security deposit was supposed to refunded by 15th June 2019. Despite of calling up OYO multiple times, dropping mails and reaching out to them through various platforms, the organisation has not responded clearly with regards to what's the matter nor have they refunded the money.
