[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Security of rooms

I stayed at OYO premium rooms at Hotel Kens, Sri Nagar colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabadfrom 19-Dec-2015 to 21-Dec-2015. On 20th I ordered to clean my room post which I missed my imported Liquor bottle and a power adapter. I complained at OYO customer care as well as in Hotel but no update so far. Disappointed with the response they give. It's worst hotel I have experienced, right from staff to security at the hotel.

Hotel Kens, Hyderabad — Theft at Hotel

I stayed at OYO premium rooms at Hotel Kens, Sri Nagar colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad from 19-Dec-2015 to 21-Dec-2015. On 20th I ordered to clean my room post which I missed my imported Liquor bottle and a power adapter. I complained at OYO customer care as well as in Hotel but no update so far. Disappointed with the response they give. It's worst hotel I have experienced, right from staff to security at the hotel. They have a cctv cam which is not covering hotel at all. Please dont trust the hotel leaving the things at Hotel.
