[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — service and behaviour of management staff. | |||
Firstly, the service was so bogus as they didn’t entertain customers gently. They acted as goons at the property. Behaviour was so rude and the person at the reception had asked me to go login a complaint against me doesn’t matter as nothing going to be happened. I was talking softly but he was replying me with so loud and scream tone. I checked out hotel just right after a couple of hours as room was extremely exhausted and power issue was there late at night. I called reception to get it fixed, but they said that we’re not supposed to do anything at the moment as power cut here is a very common issue. They hadn’t been polite to my wife either. Does this kind of behaviour is tolerable? I won’t go silent, will escalate this issue to the next level if my query doesn’t get sorted out. Overall, it was actually a pathetic experience i had till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
