[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — service and breakfast | |||||
I stayed in ooty space4 resort (Oyo) service was very bad. All the person who was in service was on training. Not even a single person was there who was not in training period Breakfast was also bad. We had a group of person and each time we had to wait for the things to serve. Only 3 items were there 1. Poori and bhaji 2. Semiya uppuma 3. Kellogs Tea was served in a very small disposable glass Restaurant place was not seen good with no table mat/cover In ooty weather is cold all the time and no hot water was provided. They provided hot water from 7am to 10am and 7 pm to 10pm. So if a person comes after 10 pm after visiting tourist place they had to bath in cold water Rooms were not maintained well. Step light was in hanging condition sofa had no covers. Cow dung was also seen in front of room Wifi was very limited inside said lobby. Was this information helpful? | |||||
