Myself Gaurav Agarwal had booked a room and when I reached the hotel with my family I was denied room saying room not available and was made to wait for 2 hours on the road saying they are arranging a room but failed to do so and the amount paid by me is yet to be refunded its already more than a week.

Resolution provided - As per telephonic conversation shifting has been raised due to no rooms available at the property so u can make non oyo booking . we can provide you up to 2000 complementary excluding booking price which is INR2341
all you need to share the invoice for non oyo booking so that we can able to refund the difference amount.
