I have booked into Oyo rooms serene nest Hyderabad, this is one of the worst experience I am having with Oyo never book again Oyo in future, not connected to captain as phn getting disconnected automatically after 30 secs. No hot water facility they say hot water will come it never will, waited for 3 hrs before finally sleeping without bath, room service doesn't get u ur change back and add 50 bucks as delivery charges which is no where mentioned in bill as they get food from outside..I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel where guests checking in after a journey at night can freshen up bcoz water is not hold but cold in winter season.
