Dear Sir
We had booked our package with Total Holiday Packages Operation(International) as per mentioned Booking ID & feeling cheated as they are demanding more & more money after getting almost 90% payment.Not only this there are no body senior to listen our grievances.
On 14.8.19 due balance was 69000.00
On 16.8.19 due balance was 82375.00
On 19.8.19 due balance is 88000.00
I don't know what is your problem and why are you increasing cost of package on per day basis, as once amount was decided two months ago.
I visited your Gurugram office to meet executive to discuss the issue. But nobody was there to listen my concern and also you are not giving contact details of any senior officials.
This time writing to you keeping this in mind that you will consider said problem seriously & take necessary action to solve this issue.
Quick & prompt action in this regard is highly appreciable.
