We stayed in the downtown St Louis Oyo hotel this past weekend, November 10th thru Nov. 12th. The hotel is in serious need of complete remodeling and new lighting. The carpet is stained and wallpaper is old and peeling off the walls. Additionally, the parking garage is horrible with huge support columns and limited space to drive around them. Our garage key did not function and one time the car in front o[censored]s could not get out and we had to back up the steep ramp resulting in our passenger side mirror being knocked off. We had to go inside to get the keys fixed as there was not attendant. Additionally, we were not informed about the $25 per night parking fee until our arrival and only by a note on the desk. Our room keys quit working and when we went to have them rekeyed we discovered that we had been put in the wrong room. The evening front desk staff was not helpful or concerned with our issues. There were very few people staying at the hotel even on a weekend with a big event at the Enterprise Center. I kindly ask for your response to these issues.
