[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — staff damaged my bike | |||||
This is regarding oyo 1684 (Hotel malabar inn, calicut) After checking out from the hotel, i found that my bike had been damaged by the hotel staff from the hotel's parking lot. The secuirty present there told me that he had seen my bike fall on its side when staff relocated it. He knew the appearance of the staff who damaged my bike, but didnt know his name. When i came back in the morning next day for resolution the manager there was reluctanct to even look into my problem. He kept on arguing and wasting my time. When i asked to show me the cctv footage, he bluntly lied to my face saying that it wasnt working. The security present there was now another person as they rotate shifts. The manager and other staff cornered us and behaved very rudely and this problem didnt even bother them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
