[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — started using an apartment where family stays and it's not far from the main road

Hi,
Recently oyo has started his business in my apartement, pdn imperial, padmabati vihar, bhubaneswar odisa-751021.
We are 2 family stays here and rest 4 rooms (3 bhk divided in 12 rooms) allotted to oyo.
This is very far from the main road and in a residential area with a trust operating with the same colony. Members are trying their best to move the oyo from their residential area as this may disturb their day to day activities.
I discussed with builder as well, but he said it's his room and he can do anything there. I suggested keep it for rent but to oyo, it should not be.
So please help to move oyo from the colony.
