Oyo Rooms — Still not received any refund from oyo hotel

Address:OYO 1230 Zen Zeng Budget Hotel, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

I made a booking on Zen Zeng Budget Hotel on 20th July 2022 and cancelled it by 21th July 2022 due to some reason. But it have deducted the certain amount through my bank card eventhough i've cancelled it within time and it was free cancellation. I've issued the refund through Expedia and they replied by sending me an email and the initiated the refund by 21th July 2022 and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. But i haven't received any refund yet. Already contact the oyo rooms for refund but they was like pushed back and forth and said the refund is by Expedia. While expedia said it was the property (oyorooms) that will make the refund. To be confirmed, who is responsible for the refund? Please respond. What is my refund status? Thank you
