Where Oyo Hotel 3334 S Us Highway 77 Who: A gold colored sedan with a very loud bass system sped in and stopped in front of one of the rooms, a short Hispanic looking 20-30 year old male met the driver, something was exchanged with tight fists, the male looked around and appeared to be nervous looking to see if anyone was watching, the exchange was made and the sedan left promptly, Law enforcement also contacted.
