I had booked oyo hotel from 25 to 26(checkout) november 2022. He did let me check in so I called oyo executive and he booked me another oyo and I paid again full online(2nd time). That hotel did not check me in as he said the hotel is booked for marriage and it's oyo's mistake that they booked. So I again called executive and she booked me another oyo room again. I paid full advance(3rd time) and she said I will get a full refund of the previous two bookings. So I went to the 3rd hotel and he refused me to check in again and said NO ONE WILL ACCEPT OYO PAID BOOKINGS. So with no options left and completely tired I went for an offline booking in another guest house.
Still today 6 april 2023. I did not get my refund

      On 5th April 2023 I got the bedrooms booked in Super OYO 24453 Day Springs the support person confirmed the booking after I made the online payment and gave the booking id as QLO38941 but when I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are booked at low cost so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call I did ask to connect me to manager but they would talk and disconnect the call lastly one person from customer support said he is transferring me to service team who will help but I waited for more than 20 minutes on line and then call got disconnected.
      Terrible experience from the Hotel Management.
      I am requesting for my refund of 1360.

        We have booked hotel rooms through Oyo Rooms at one their property(property cod :BLR006) at Capital O Amethyst Business Hotel Near Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Banglore for 10 days from 7th Dec'22 to 17th Dec'22. While reaching hotel, even though booking through advance payment, we have been forced to complete the entire payment of Rs. 23634, which we have paid with no option during night hours. On very next day, we came to know that hotel has recently faced one fire incident & is with bad shape now for all the service like basic service of hot water while winter season in banglore. so we immediately requested for quieting the hotel & refund for the rest of the days but it took 3 days to confirm by hotel owner & Oyo helpdesk as well. And we received the written confirmation of refund of 7 days i.e. Rs. 16543.8 on mail dated 18 Dec'22 to process it withng 7-14 working days but till today we neither received the refund not any confirmation on the process.

        Kindly find the attached statement and revert with reason on the same immediately as we are going to take up this matter now in consumer court if not refunded the committed amount within next 2 days.
        Now, this is a height of negligence in customer care.
        Even after written confirmation of Refund for 16543.8, you are refunding the Rs. 8269 only after continuous follow up for last more than 3 months,

          Had booked OYO rooms in Gurugram sector 55 on 4th April 2023vide their app, thru booking id KU632233 however on reaching the location there was no hotel their and even the property manager was not available on the number shared. Tried reaching out customer care but in spite of repeated calls and follows up for almost 2 hrs there was no solution provided. Then again booked a room thru tele calling service of OYO booking id W2LF2711 and made an advance payment, but the property manager denied check in stating that OYO prices we don't offer room and asked for premium in case room is required. On again following up with the OYO customer care in spite of again following up for couple of hours there was no resolution.

          Almost 4 hrs I was on road running from one oyo room to another and on repeated calls with OYO team but of no help.

          Strict penal action should be taken against OYO as even after taking advance payment they don't provide rooms and harass the customer

            I had to cancel my booking J4V57618 the same day within the space of sometime for some unforeseen reasons and as per policy I am eligible for a full refund. However, I have no updates on the status of refund and all my calls have ended up being disconnected abruptly or without solution. I paid Rs 8839, the cancellation email shows Rs 8435. My Oyo website profile doesn't even show my booking details . No clue if the refund will happen or what the current status of my booking is.

              I had a reservation for the 27th through 29th of March with booking ID CO2T7292, but the hotel manager refused to accept it two days before check-in, forcing me to cancel the reservation. Almost 10 days after cancellation, I still have not received any refund.

                I need to write this mail regarding fraudulent activities done by OYO, they booked a room in a hotel which has been closed 🔒, hotel's contacts no. also has been deactivated. And more over customer service centre they didn't have any responsibility to give solution but they have tactics to escape, they literally make me on hold for 20-30 min and than disconnected again and again. OYO team is became a scammers team. They are doing next level cyber crime.
                I am attaching the all proofs please check it carefully and let me know what action you have taken. And kindly refund my money back to my account.

                    I paid Rs.3564 twice through Google Pay to OYO app on 02.04.2022 to book a hotel in Hyderabad. My money got deducted but the booking was not confirmed by the Oyo app nor was any refund initiated from their side. On Calling customer care, they told me to hold the call for 15 minutes after which they ended the call.
                    This behavior is not at all acceptable and I want my refund.

                      I booked OYO hotel with oyo executive on 1st April, 2023 at 1 Am.
                      The hotel name is Collection O DSP located in mahape.
                      When I reached in hotel by 3 Am, hotel manager denied to provide me room by stating that oyo has charged very less amount for room.
                      I called oyo executive in front of manager. But no positive response received from executive.
                      In the morning, I spoken with another executive for the tarriff issue.
                      That executive made a conference call with hotel partner. It was surprising to know that, hotel partner was claiming that, i had a stayed over a night in the room and he has our id cards too.
                      When i asked for my partner name, hotel partner disconnected the calls.

                      Then oyo executive file my complaint against ticket ID [protected].

                      But after some time, i received a email confirmation from oyo that, whatever claimed made by me, is found invalid and oyo cannot refund the money.

                      I haven't gotten served by Oyo and oyo is now refusing to provide me refund.
                      Afterwards, I came to know that, there are so many customers are facing same issue.

                      This is actually a scam driving by OYO inhand with fraud hotel partners.

                      I need my refund and justice too.

                        Hello Team,

                        For my booking from OYO - XAKF8874 I faced a pathetic / nonstandard support from OYO & partner hotel. I made the prebooking & paid all the amount, while reached hotel they don't have room available. They have asked us to travel 15 km distance another hotel. While contacting the customer support they have usual standard term responses, the money will get after 10 working days, sorry for the inconvenience. In such situation how we will trust this kind fraud application & their partner hotel. @OYO Team Please make sure to verify you partner hotel, are they genuine or not.

                          Hi, I booked a room today at Oyo Rooms. Payment was made via HDFC Bank using phonepay. Money was deducted from my account but booking was not made successfully. I enquired calling Oyo customer support but they were failing to assist me with this because I didn't had any booking ID. Kindly look into this & process my refund ASAP.                             I booked a hotel on March 29, 2023 at Flagship Swastik Inn from oyorooms. The booking ID is NM782788. I already paid Rs. 116 for booking. But the hotel denied my booking right away.

                            I called oyo customer care twice and explained the issue. In both the cases oyo customer executive told me to be on the call while they would contact the hotel. And, in both the cases they hung up the call after 15 minutes without even talking to me.

                            Then, I contacted guestsupport.[protected]@oyorooms.com about the same. They did not resolve the issue and said that they are USA customer care and told me to contact [protected]@oyorooms.com . I contacted [protected]@oyorooms.com, and no solution were provided at their end and they closed the issue saying "We hope the team was helpful and has been able to resolve your query.”

                            Oyo has taken an advance from me, and the hotel denied me saying no booking was done. I have proof of payment, and booking. I am expecting a full refund.

                            I was contacted by Oyo customer care, and the customer support person acknowledged the issue. He told me that he has initiated the refund of Rs. 116 to the original source of payment.

                            But it has been one week since the interaction. I have not received the refund yet in my original payment method.

                            Please expedite the refund process.
                            It's been 16 days since the incident. No refund received.

                              I have booked 2 room for 2 days via OYO app. The room shown on app was having TV clean room, but when I booked it and checked in the hotel the room was stinking, bed sheet were not clean, and manager was not cooperative. Room was not what as shown in pics. We book 2 rooms for 6 persons but they shown us room for 2 persons only. When we asked them about this they said they will arrange extra bed on floor but there is no space in that room for bed. Then they show us another room which was as shown in picture on website we like it but they demand extra charges for it 1000 rs per room. We immediately call to OYO helpline and tell them all about hotel. Oyo said they will arrange another hotel for us and they suggest us another hotel but the picture of that hotel was as befor. So we were not comfortable there as we anly only women's. So we call to Oyo for refund and leave the hotel for searching new one. This was too hectic and time wasting program as we go for tour and enjoyment. It spoil our day and mood. From that day we are calling to Oyo customer service for refund but they still couldn't connect our call to proper person. Oyo customer service without giving me the solution disconnected the call. I am trying to reach out to there senior they are not even arranging it. At that very moment I had to find different accommodation with very high price as it was a strange city for me. Please look into this issue and ask them to refund amount.

                                Dear Sir / Madam

                                we have booked a Room in ooty from 11.11.2022 to 13.11.2022
                                Booking ID is SO5A6466 with 4 room for 9 Adults and 4 Children's
                                Hotel name is Hidden Valley "OYO flagship 702208"

                                we have made a advance of Rs.4795 /- on[protected]. we got the confirmation from OYO

                                We started to travel on 11.11.2022 from Bangalore to Ooty on the way we got a call from hidden valley person saying that there is a shortage of room if you make a full payment to my number I will confirm the room or I will cancel the room. Then hotel person shared all booking details with booking ID, location, mobile number, email ID and everything. so we asked that we will pay through OYO but he didn't agreed for the same and he said that from OYO we receive a payment after sixty days so he asked me to make the payment to his account and he shared the account details and asked to pay to this account. He said that if you pay the remaining balance I will confirm the room or I will cancel it. As we started and on the way to Ooty with the children's we paid the balance amount of Rs.8100 on 11.11.2022 but hotel person said that he didn't received it and asked to make a payment again and if it double payment done he promised that he will refund the amount. So again we made the payment of Rs.8100.

                                once after reaching OOTY we went to Room location there was no Hotel on the Location and we called to OYO and got the hotel number then we called the hotel person then he said he will pick us. Then he didn't came after waiting for around 1 hour in rain. Then he shared the different location and he asked to travel almost 3KM and he was showing a different Hotel where there was no basic facility also he showed the room which we have not booked. so we asked to refund the amount at that time he said that it is not possible to cancel from his end so he asked us to cancel from OYO app and refund will be done through OYO app. Then we asked the amount what we paid directly to hotel person at that time he was saying we didn't received any amount and the person who received the amount does not belong to our hotel staffs. ( we are trying to call the number which was mentioned in OYO that number was not picking for the entire day ). So we made the payment to the person who whatsapp me where the information given by him was correct. So we thought that the person is from the hotel which we have booked ( booking information will be with OYO and hotel person only so we made a payment ). We were with the family and there was also children's so we had a fear that if the room got cancelled it would be problem for the children's so we made the full payment. After making this payment also we struggled a lot in heavy rain till 11:30 PM. After that we got help from local people.

                                So I request you to refund all the amount which I paid in advance of Rs.4795 on 22.10.22 through OYO app and 8100*2+8099=24299 which I paid to the person who whatsapp totally it will is Rs.29094.
                                Reason for cancellation is hotel is not in the same location as shown in OYO app and hotel person was shown a different room which was not in good condition to stay. So I request you to refund the entire amount of Rs.20995 and please recheck the Hotel before listing in OYO so that customer will not struggle.

                                This was a horrible experience from OYO.

                                This is a clear cut of fraud transaction either from OYO app or hotel person which is listed in OYO or there is a data breach from OYO app.

                                  I have booked a room from 4th to 7th Jan 2023 on OYO. But upon arrival at the Hotel, the hotel denied to provide us the room. We made a complain with OYO but no resolution. After many complain they said they have refunded the money and it will credited in your account in 14 days. but it never did.

                                  How would you define assisted? Since January, your team has kept saying we will refund within 14 days, but I have not received my money back. Unless I get my money back, which I haven't yet, it's useless assistance for me.

                                    After having pre-paid on the OYO app for a OYO Collection O room booking on March 1st 2023, hotel(Dhruva's residency) denied check-in as they claimed they were not a part of OYO and they wont allow entry.
                                    After speaking with the customer care(who didn't even have an idea the hotel was no longer under oyo), they intiated my refund on 2nd March and said the refund would be reflected back in my account in 7-14 working days.

                                    I still have not received the amount and each time I call the customer care, they put my call on hold to check for details, engage in casual conversation among themselves, mute my call and casually disconnect the call after a few minutes. This has been happening for 4 days now.

                                    Yes, you've been saying that its been processed from your end and it would take 14 working days for the amount to be reflected. After 14 days, you stopped picking calls up.
                                    I checked with my bank with the given BRN. They say no payment has been made from your side. Stop playing around and refund the amount

                                      This is the complain I am raising second time, I havn't received payment yet even after 15 days. I had booked a room on 16 Feb 2023 in mid night, hotel man denied giving room, so want refund, call many times to OYO rooms, no one responded, please provide me refund at earliest.
