I have booked 1 room for 2 days and wanted to do checkout after 1 day. However they have charged for 2 days amount for 1 day stay. Also receipt is given for 1 day. The hotel also charged for water more than mrp for kinley water bottle. All bills are attached. I have asked for help but the company denied it. They were stating policy of no early checkouts which was not practically possible since my booking was done at 3 pm and checking in was around 9 pm. The policy which can not be practically possible should not withstand however they denied to understand the same. Request honourable forum to get me the justice in this case.
