Hi,
I have made the payment to the Oyo room seems the amount is already deducted from my bank and also the booking has not happened.
Seems the booking was cancelled instead of confirming I was about to pay half the amount when I was about to check In at the hotel.
Also, Oyo is now telling me that there was no booking made and no amount was transferred I called several times and it says there is no booking in my name.
Also, the Oyo helpdesk agent was booking the hotel for oyo 78142 but the booking shows this for some other hotel.
So hoping oyo to refund the amount back to me.
