[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — the facilities and comfort

As per your moto, we can always expect to be welcomed to a beautiful living space, whether it’s a hotel next door or a far off location.
And i am not getting that comfort and service that you provided. I have book oyo 7557 for my personal trip. So accordingly i checked in on 25 feb at 10:30. The check was smooth and very good. But there are some points which i want to explain from my side.
1.) internet is not working from the moment i've checked in.
2.) the out side vehicle noise can be heard whole night.
So this is the reason why i've modified and want to shift into another oyo. I prefer to live in another location where i have stayed earlier. I just want to claim my money which has been deducted as early check out charges of rs 1280/-
Just because you failed to provide that comfort which you have promised. And it is not that i have changed my plan. I've booked another oyo where i can stay with more comfort. For that you can check my booking details. If you can't refund as per your policies, request you to reduce same amount from my next booking.
And if you think i'm lying, you can personally visit and check. Spend a night at room no. 308.
1280/- is not a big amount but what is the need if you can not provide the facilities that you have promised.
