My name is rabi chowbey my rejistered mobile no eith you is s [protected]. I bokoked a hotel named hotel parth and i made patment online 680. Today morning i call hotel for check in they says they are not provide me room. I call customer care for that they hold my line near about 1 hour and they suggested they shifted my property and they make me confrom and talk the property manager. They new hotel named shanti continental when i reached hotel they say they are not get money from oyo. I thing your company doing fraud with me.
