My fiancé has paid rs.3000 through PhonePay app to Oyo app on 15th April 2022 to book a hotel room in Pune.
The money got deducted with the message that the payment is successful but when we reached at the venue the receptionist denied to allot a room stating that the booking is not confirmed as they have not received the payment from Oyo even after showing the booking details from our end on an app.
On calling customer care of Oyo they have wasted our time in unnecessary chats and not gave us any solution even after sending a mail with the required proofs.
So we ended up paying again on visit to the Hotel as per their charges. But the money which we have paid through the app is still not refunded.
This experience o[censored]sing an Oyo app was worst even Oyo customer care is useless. So I would recommend people to not to use this app and even if you are using this app please make a payment on visit to the hotels. Was this information helpful? |
