I had booked The Span executive hotel, pune for 4 days (19th-22nd aug, 2022) and made advanced payment . when i checked in i found hotel to be unhygienic and not fit for faamily so i immediately moved out lodging written and verbal complaint with oyo customer care for which resolution was promised . after much discussen refund was agreed upon which was suppose to reach me with in 7-14 days however it has noot happened so far and now customer care executives are avoiding to provide any clarity on the same . i have written assuarnces from them but not action has been taken. my booking id is MTY24586 Was this information helpful?
