[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — The worst hotel booking site ever.

So i booked a hotel 3 days in advance and oyo kept changing my hotel and on the day of arrival i was given a very cheap hotel with really bad room condition. in the amenities it was mentioned AC room but there was no AC, the bathroom taps were leaking, I spoke to customer support and they said they have spoken to the hotel manager about not providing us with an AC room and that they will initiate a 50% refund after checkout. after checkout i spoke to the agent to initiate refund and now the twist is they won't give refund to the original payment method, they will add it to oyo rupee which was not told to me before. and about that 50% refund, all i received is an amount of 250 rupee added to "oyo rupee". this is so sick and disturbing. oyo is not providing the room you booked in the first place and now not even initiating a 50% refund as promissed. all I want is the refund in the original payment method.
