I landed in Delhi on Friday morning and when I was searching for hotels oyo executive called me and asked me to book a hotel on my behalf, I told her that I wanted early check-in. regarding this, she talked to the hotel staff and she told me that I've talked to hotel management and they will give you a room but before that, you will pay us online so we can confirm your booking.
Upon this, I paid them via Gpay and they sent me a booking confirmation via WhatsApp with the booking ID and everything. When I tried checking in to the hotel they simply denied me stating that the hotel was completely booked for marriage purposes and couldn't accommodate me so you go and talk to Oyo.
I called Oyo and they said they were sorry and would book another hotel for me with the same charges, I refused and asked for a refund. After talking to 8-9 executives, the Last executive told me that she processed my refund and it would be reflected in your account in 24 hours. But after one day they sent me mail that they couldn't refund my amount because I didn't show up at the hotel for check-in.
I've got bills for another hotel where I check in because of all this drama in double rates and the Oyo must've all the conversation recording for my phone number. The hotel where I was denied also has the recording as well that I was there and denied the check-in.
Right now Oyo executives are playing with my patience level and not helping at all. They're simply cutting the call by saying hello, hello, hello.
This is not helping at all. Please help me get my refund from them ASAP.
