Upon check out was told that our room Deposit would not be returned because they had received a smoke alarm alert!! Neither my fiance nor I smoked in that room. As a matter of fact my fiance is a Platinum Member and has stayed several times without any issues. Obviously the smoke detector is not correct and I know you want to do the right thing for your loyal customers.We are demanding the return of our deposit. Or we will be taking the Platinum membership to a casino that knows how to treat their loyal customers.
