Higlhly slow response from tikmu ji for pkg-hqut9682 kerela. I chase her so many time but many times not able to contact her she even dont call back to me and i request her for dropping mail she also hav not time for that. Due to this highly slow response i feel that the same response i would get in case of emergency during journey. When i asked her for refund my she got angry. So i request you to refund my money which is around 9000 ruees. She also talking in awkward way and refused to refund my money.
So i request you to please refund my money for this package
