[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — twice a amount deducted but not returned back as the transaction declined

I tried to make payment for my booking and the amount was 706. But unfourtunately the amount was debited of my account but transaction was failed. When i checked the payement was not made for both the times. I made third attempt and was succesfull. But they are not refunding the amount of 706+706=1412. Kindly ensure them to do asap!!
The transaction was made on[protected]. Yet there has been no action taken for this and are delaying.
