We drive 300 miles in bad rain to get to the hotel for 2 staff members at the hotel to tell me no i'm not staying cause ive not got my bank card so they can swipe it to check that it is me even though i paid for the room 3 weeks before and i had my details on there computer and i had my booking reference number and a pin code at hand and they still said no
